Infections in hospitals cause more deaths than traffic accidents. The numbers, chilling, were made known by the experts at the Annual Congress of the Italian Society of Infectious and Tropical Diseases (Simit). If it wos adopted more appropriate behavior, cases could be reduced by 30%. Meanwhile, 8% of those who enter the hospital comes out with a virus or a bacterium.
